Had an epic dining experience with the pan roasted beef tenderloin! Seriously, it was tender and flavorful. Plus, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff were super nice.

However, the water from the bath and shower was brown, making me question its cleanliness. And those walls? Thin as paper—you can hear everything from your neighbors' wild convos.

the hotel tried so hard to impress, but the water was brown, raising serious questions about hygiene. Also, can you believe the toilet was dirty? And still, no one offered me an upgrade as an esteemed guest! i almost left a good review but just couldn’t overlook the disappointments. totally not what i signed up for.

The breakfast spread impressed me, with plenty of options and great quality. The bar staff were friendly, always ready to mix a drink or serve a snack. However, I faced issues with the parking fees, which felt a bit steep. Also, I noticed the decor could use an update. it felt a little dated in places. Despite a couple of hiccups, I appreciated the overall pleasant atmosphere. The location made it easy to explore, with quick access to the city and transportation.

My stay at Pullman Bucharest World Trade Center was truly enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the attentive staff who were always ready to assist. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety and was of high quality, including freshly prepared options.

Why it’s almost great (but not quite)

The location was great, making access to business partners convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I enjoyed a delicious steak at the restaurant.

Unfortunately, I faced inconsistent customer service and outdated room decor, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy and clean Superior Double Room, which was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The hotel also has a nice sauna and steam room to unwind in style. The only hiccup was that the parking fee felt a bit steep, but it didn't ruin the overall thumbs-up experience!

Good choice for a quick weekend in Bucharest. The lobby area has a nice feel, making it more inviting. Just make sure to charge your phone, as there are no plugs by the bedside.

The location was perfect for morning jogs in Herastrau Park, just a stone's throw away. The breakfasts were great, offering a wide range, and the room was comfortable, meeting our needs, especially with elderly parents in tow.

My kids wished there were more activities for them to enjoy.
