Had an epic dining experience with the pan roasted beef tenderloin! Seriously, it was tender and flavorful. Plus, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff were super nice.
The water from the bath and shower was brown were good. And those walls? Thin as paper-you can hear everything from your neighbors' wild convos.

All excellent, as befits an American hotel. Situated 10 minutes walk from the Hardrockcafe.
No underground parking, only outside parking.

The hotel tried so hard to impress, but the water was brown, raising serious questions about hygiene. Can you believe the toilet was dirty? And still, no one offered me an upgrade as an esteemed guest! I almost left a good review but just couldn't overlook the disappointments. Totally not what i signed up for.

I enjoyed a spacious, comfortable Superior Double Room. The mattress was great, ensuring a good night's sleep. Housekeeping was efficient. Everything was always clean and tidy. The breakfast spread impressed me, with plenty of options and great quality. The bar staff were friendly, always ready to mix a drink or serve a snack. I faced issues with the parking fees. I noticed the decor could use an update. It felt a little dated in places. Despite a couple of hiccups, I appreciated the overall pleasant atmosphere. The location made it easy to explore, with quick access to the city and transportation.

Near the sports hall (reason for visit). Very nice staff, let us use fitness center to shower after sports competition
Room smelled like smoke (non-smoking room) and room was totally overheated.

Good food in the restaurant very polite staff!
Hotel accepts any currency only they can not issue also not in Romanian currency and with credit card high fees. Arriving by car in the dark is not recommended: access is only possible from one side and is easy to overlook!

Why it's almost great (but not quite)
The location was great. The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed a delicious steak at the restaurant.
Unfortunately, I faced inconsistent customer service and outdated room decor, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The rooms were silent and large with smoke detectors for our safety. A great selection of food for breakfast, it was amazing! Amazingly nice staff and everything was awesome. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the international airport.
